Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives for 200+ employees
- Lead talent acquisition strategies including employer branding, recruitment pipeline management, and data-driven hiring analytics
- Design and implement performance management frameworks that drive organizational excellence
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all business units
- Manage employee relations cases with discretion and solutions-focused approach
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and total rewards program optimization
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in HR business partner role
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-SCP designation required
- Proven success in scaling HR programs for high-growth technology companies
- Advanced expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change initiatives
- Deep knowledge of federal and Texas employment regulations
