The Role
In this pivotal position, you will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, partnering with executive teams to align talent strategies with business objectives. You will be instrumental in shaping our company culture, driving performance, and fostering an inclusive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Performance Management: Lead the end-to-end performance management process, ensuring clear goal setting, regular feedback, and development planning.
- Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.
- Engagement & Culture: Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Learning & Development: Partner with L&D to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training programs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or management role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and compensation & benefits.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical: Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
