The Role

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning.

  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution and policy interpretation.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certification: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or management role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and compensation & benefits.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
