Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates
- Lead organizational development initiatives including training programs and succession planning
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership decisions
- Design and implement compensation and benefit programs aligned with market trends
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Partner with department heads to align HR practices with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a business partner role
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and organizational development
- Expertise in HR analytics and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience implementing HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
