Responsibilities
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies for critical technical roles
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management systems
- Develop compensation and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks
- Champion DEI initiatives through training programs and policy development
- Advise leadership on employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in business partner roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven experience in tech or SaaS industries
- Expertise in HRIS systems (Workday/SuccessFactors)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Experience managing HR budgets and vendor relationships
