Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or management role.
  • SHRM-CP or SPHR certification is highly desired.
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and payroll processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and best practices in employee relations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing organizational change initiatives.
