Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support business goals and organizational objectives.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to development, retention, and offboarding.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
- Design and implement performance management programs to drive employee growth and accountability.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Collaborate with L&D to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or management role.
- SHRM-CP or SPHR certification is highly desired.
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and payroll processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and best practices in employee relations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing organizational change initiatives.
