Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven experience in tech or high-growth startup environments
- Expertise in employment law compliance and HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field
