Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and partner to senior leaders, providing expertise and guidance on all HR-related matters.
- Lead and execute talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Drive organizational design and change management efforts to support business growth and transformation.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing resolutions in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the HR leadership team to develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve HR programs and employee engagement.
- Champion and promote a positive company culture, fostering an environment of inclusivity, collaboration, and high performance.
- Oversee HR compliance, ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within a tech or high-growth industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Proven expertise in talent management, organizational development, compensation, and employee relations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of federal and New York state employment laws and regulations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a track record of adaptability and resilience.
