Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives across 3 key departments
- Lead complex employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Design and implement talent acquisition frameworks to attract top-tier tech and finance professionals
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs with measurable impact metrics
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and total rewards optimization
- Champion organizational development initiatives through training and coaching programs
- Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in business partner roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven success in scaling HR programs for 200+ employee organizations
- Expertise in employment law compliance and risk mitigation
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in tech or financial services industry strongly preferred
