Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives across global teams
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for key technical roles
- Design and implement performance management systems and compensation structures
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Oversee HR technology implementations and process optimization projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and business data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Demonstrated success driving DE&I initiatives in corporate environments
