Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple departments
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for 200+ employees
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Manage performance management systems and compensation structures
- Analyze HR metrics to inform organizational development decisions
- Advise leadership on employee relations, compliance, and labor law
- Oversee employee engagement surveys and action planning
- Lead change management initiatives during organizational transformations
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Proven track record in talent development and succession planning
- Deep knowledge of NYC labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience in tech or financial services industry highly valued
