Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business growth and cultural transformation
- Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance optimization, and leadership development
- Drive employee engagement through data-driven programs and pulse surveys
- Manage complex employee relations cases and conflict resolution
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and job architecture projects
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations (FLSA, EEO, ADA)
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in HR Business Partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and change management
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Experience in matrixed organizations with 500+ employees
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
