Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior business leaders, translating business goals into actionable HR strategies.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including change management and culture-building programs.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership capability.
- Monitor workforce analytics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification is essential.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partnering role.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex change initiatives and conflict resolution.
