Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition and retention
- Lead employee engagement programs that drive productivity and workplace satisfaction
- Partner with department heads on organizational development and succession planning
- Oversee performance management systems and compensation structures
- Implement DEI initiatives to create an inclusive workplace culture
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ in a strategic business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven success in scaling HR programs in high-growth environments
- Expert knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at all levels
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in tech or SaaS industry highly desirable
