Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals in competitive markets
- Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize workforce structure and enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, and performance management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and business data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience implementing HR technology solutions (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Proven track record of leading DEI initiatives with measurable outcomes
