Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR programs to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Partner with department heads to address workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition
- Lead organizational development initiatives including change management and performance improvement
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Manage employee relations matters with empathy and strategic problem-solving
- Drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in employment law (FLSA, EEO, ADA) and compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Proven success in designing and implementing performance management systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy
- Strong business acumen and executive presence
