Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, including talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
- Partner with department heads to diagnose organizational challenges and implement data-driven HR solutions
- Lead change management initiatives for company-wide programs including DEI training and compensation reviews
- Manage complex employee relations cases with impartiality and compliance adherence
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose evidence-based improvements to talent strategy
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and job architecture processes for technical and non-technical roles
- Facilitate leadership development programs including coaching for emerging managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in HR business partner or similar strategic role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in labor law compliance (FLSA, EEO, ADA) and risk mitigation
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience scaling HR programs in high-growth tech environments
- Strong conflict resolution skills with track record of mediating complex employee matters
