Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies for 200+ tech employees
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning
- Drive DEI initiatives through data-driven programs
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Analyze HR metrics to inform organizational decisions
- Oversee compensation structures and performance reviews
- Partner with legal on compliance and policy updates
Qualifications
- 8+ years HR experience with 4+ in tech sector
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS (Workday/SAP) and analytics
- Proven track record in change management
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws
- Master's degree in HR or related field
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
