Responsibilities
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier tech talent across engineering, product, and design teams
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management systems, succession planning, and leadership coaching
- Drive DEI programs with measurable KPIs, including bias mitigation in hiring and promotion processes
- Manage employee relations through proactive coaching, conflict resolution, and policy development
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and equity program administration for technical roles
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve employee retention rates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in tech/SAAS environments
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday experience highly valued)
- Proven track record developing DEI frameworks with quantifiable outcomes
- Advanced data analysis skills using HR analytics tools
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate HR metrics into strategic insights
