Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, talent management, and performance improvement.
- Lead initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture through innovative programs and effective communication.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition support, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, mitigating risk and ensuring best practices.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to design and administer competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate employee relations issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or SHRM-SCP/PHR certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a Senior HRBP or HR Manager capacity.
- Strong understanding of employment law, labor relations, and compliance standards within the United States.
- Proven track record of partnering with C-suite and executive leadership to drive strategic business initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change and managing complex employee relations matters.
