Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring exceptional service delivery across all departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage department heads and foster a high-performance culture among 150+ staff members
- Analyze financial performance and optimize revenue streams through dynamic pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive brand awareness and occupancy rates
- Lead crisis management and maintain exceptional service during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in luxury hospitality management with 5+ years at senior level
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Advanced certifications in hotel operations (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI)
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one additional Asian language
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and cross-cultural communication skills
- Experience with luxury hotel brands in major Asian markets
