Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including guest services, housekeeping, F&B, and recreation departments
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage departmental budgets, financial performance, and cost control initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Implement innovative guest experience programs and service recovery protocols
- Forge partnerships with local tourism boards and attractions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in luxury resort/hotel management
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Expertise in CRM systems and hospitality technology platforms
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Deep knowledge of Singapore tourism market and industry trends
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages preferred
