As Director, you'll spearhead our vision of seamless luxury hospitality, overseeing daily operations, staff development, and innovative guest engagement initiatives. Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including F&B, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Lead talent acquisition, training, and retention initiatives for a diverse international team
- Monitor and optimize operational budgets while maintaining luxury service standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop destination-specific guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability best practices
- Build relationships with high-profile clients and corporate partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality management with 5+ years in director-level roles
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Expertise in international tourism markets and cultural sensitivity
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Certification in hotel management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI) preferred
