Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end daily hotel operations, ensuring 5-star service standards at every touchpoint.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L accountability, budget forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multicultural team of over 150 associates to achieve peak performance.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to boost RevPAR and drive international occupancy.
- Maintain impeccable resort property maintenance and aesthetic integrity.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and international health and safety protocols.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local stakeholders and tourism boards to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of senior management experience in luxury hotel/resort operations.
- Proven track record in managing boutique or large-scale properties in Southeast Asia.
- Exceptional command of English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a distinct advantage.
- Deep expertise in luxury brand positioning, revenue management, and guest relations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong emotional intelligence and cross-cultural communication skills.
