Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Manage budgetary controls, financial performance, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality management with 5+ years at senior level
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's tourism landscape and market trends
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages preferred
- Relevant degree or certification in hospitality management
