Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and revenue optimization strategies
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through training programs
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Drive brand reputation through innovative guest experience design
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years in luxury hospitality management
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring large teams
- Deep knowledge of Singapore tourism market trends
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly valued
- Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent certification
- Experience with luxury hotel brands preferred
