Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visual assets, including logos, marketing materials, and digital interfaces, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Lead the visual direction for major campaigns, collaborating closely with copywriters and project managers to translate business goals into compelling visuals.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity guidelines, ensuring all creative output aligns with the established visual voice.
- Review and critique designs from junior designers, providing constructive feedback and mentorship to foster team growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to keep our creative output fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in Figma or Sketch.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
