Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact design concepts across digital and print platforms
- Lead brand identity projects from initial brief to final delivery
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure cohesive visual experiences
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Present design solutions to C-suite stakeholders with strategic rationale
- Optimize assets for diverse channels (web, social, OOH, packaging)
- Conduct market research to identify emerging design trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating versatility
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and brand systems
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D rendering (Cinema 4D/Blender)
- Ability to translate complex brand guidelines into actionable designs
- Proven track record of managing multi-project timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience working with agile development teams
