Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel content strategy that aligns with SEO best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end production of whitepapers, long-form articles, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Design, to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze content performance metrics using GA4 and Ahrefs to pivot strategies and optimize ROI.
- Mentor junior content specialists and oversee a team of external freelance contributors.
- Oversee the editorial calendar and maintain the highest standards of brand storytelling.
- Coordinate with social media teams to distribute assets and maximize content reach across LinkedIn and Twitter.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or communications, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing high-traffic content hubs and email marketing databases.
- Exceptional editorial judgment and mastery of AP style or Chicago Manual of Style.
- Deep understanding of SEO, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CMS platforms (WordPress/HubSpot).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven approach to content experimentation and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
