Responsibilities
- Oversee full-scale production from initial pitch and storyboarding to final post-production delivery.
- Direct on-set crews, talent, and production staff to ensure brand consistency and artistic quality.
- Manage budgets, production timelines, and asset distribution to ensure projects meet strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate marketing strategies into compelling video narratives.
- Implement efficient post-production workflows and mentor junior editors and production assistants.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in camera technology, cinematography, and digital storytelling platforms.
- Coordinate with legal and licensing teams for music, stock footage, and talent releases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in a creative agency or studio setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve.
- Deep understanding of cinematography, lighting setups, and high-end audio recording techniques.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand campaigns and high-quality storytelling.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience directing talent and managing client relationships.
