Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of complex web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX/UI designers, to define and deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of engineering excellence.
- Architect and implement robust APIs and database solutions, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment strategies to streamline release processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Deep understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python/Django).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues under tight deadlines.
