Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-impact Tableau and Power BI dashboards to track key business performance indicators.
- Write complex SQL queries and optimize ETL pipelines to extract and transform large datasets across multiple cloud platforms.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to identify emerging market trends and user behavior patterns.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data structures and track metrics for new feature launches.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experimentation analysis to measure the business impact of product modifications.
- Translate technical findings into comprehensive, executive-level reports and presentations to guide strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar analytics role.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for advanced querying, window functions, and database design.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for statistical computing and data manipulation.
- Demonstrated experience designing interactive visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift is highly preferred.
