Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into intuitive, functional code.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure optimal speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct rigorous unit testing and debugging to ensure software stability and security.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Backend: Strong understanding of server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, or Go) and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
