Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime across AWS infrastructure
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement security best practices including OAuth2 and data encryption
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal tooling innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in production-level backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong algorithm knowledge
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Strong background in testing methodologies (TDD/BDD)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical communication
