Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Present findings to leadership teams through compelling data stories and executive summaries
- Automate reporting processes to enhance data accessibility and operational efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data governance best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in tech or healthcare industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau or Power BI certification with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
