Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for complex real-world problems
- Lead end-to-end ML projects from research prototyping to production deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems
- Stay current with latest AI research and contribute to open-source frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Strong publication record at NeurIPS, ICML, or similar top-tier conferences
- Expertise in distributed ML systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
