Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications and microservices using modern frameworks.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the front-end (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Go, Java).</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define specifications and deliver high-quality features.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in software development.</li><li>Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring robust performance.</li><li>Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic technical decisions.</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.</li><li>Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js) and a strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.</li><li>Expertise in at least one back-end language/framework (Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, Go).</li><li>Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
