Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision for our proprietary food-tech platforms, aligning business goals with culinary innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with R&D chefs, software engineers, and supply chain analysts to bridge the gap between food science and digital technology.
- Data-Driven Development: Utilize analytics to drive product decisions, conducting A/B testing and user research to refine user experiences.
- Agile Leadership: Lead cross-functional agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all product features adhere to strict food safety regulations and industry standards (HACCP, ISO).
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Technology, or Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Product Management, with a strong preference for candidates in the Food & Beverage, AgriTech, or Supply Chain sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of SaaS products, API integrations, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Methodology: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
