As a key member of our Research & Development team, you will bridge the gap between culinary art and food science, ensuring every product meets our high standards for taste, texture, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development cycles from concept to commercialization.
- Ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations and food safety standards (HACCP, FSMA).
- Conduct sensory analysis and flavor profiling to optimize taste profiles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, marketing, and culinary experts.
- Manage laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, and testing protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in R&D or food product development.
- Strong knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, and ingredient functionality.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
