Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation, development, and scale-up of innovative food products, ensuring superior taste and texture profiles.
- Ensure strict adherence to all food safety regulations, including HACCP, FSMA, and internal quality control standards.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and market analysis to drive product differentiation and consumer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct raw material testing to guarantee quality and sustainability.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, SOPs, and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food R&D, product development, or quality assurance.
- Certification in HACCP, SQF, or similar food safety standards is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and processing technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and technical specifications.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and projects from concept to launch.
