Responsibilities
- Strategic oversight of all F&B operations including 3 distinct concepts (fine dining, poolside lounge, and private catering)
- Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect local flavors and global trends
- Manage P&L with $3M+ annual budget, focusing on cost optimization and revenue enhancement
- Lead 45+ F&B staff through training, scheduling, and performance management
- Coordinate with executive chefs on menu development, supplier relationships, and quality control
- Drive guest satisfaction initiatives with 95%+ service quality metrics
- Plan and execute high-profile events including weddings and corporate galas
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive F&B management experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Proven revenue growth track record with $2M+ operational budgets
- Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP/ServSafe certified)
- Expertise in inventory management, cost control systems, and labor optimization
- Strong vendor negotiation skills and sustainable sourcing practices
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated team development success
- Proficiency in POS systems (Oracle MICROS, Toast) and F&B analytics tools
