Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations including inventory management, cost control, and vendor relations
- Develop seasonal menus and beverage programs aligned with culinary trends
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ service professionals through training and performance management
- Analyze sales data to optimize revenue streams and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional events and guest retention strategies
- Manage F&B budget forecasting and expense reconciliation
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive F&B management experience in premium hospitality settings
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and controlling costs
- Advanced knowledge of mixology, wine, and culinary trends
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams
- Proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Micros, Aloha) and inventory software
- ServSafe Manager certification or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts preferred
