Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets including fine dining, casual restaurants, and poolside bars
- Develop innovative seasonal menus and beverage programs aligned with culinary trends
- Manage inventory, cost control, and vendor relationships while maintaining profitability
- Train and mentor F&B staff on service standards, safety protocols, and upselling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing to create signature events and promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and brand quality standards
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in progressive F&B management within luxury hospitality or high-volume venues
- Proven track record in team leadership, inventory control, and P&L management
- Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology with sommelier certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Valid Florida Food Manager certification and ServSafe credentials
