Responsibilities
- Oversee F&B operations across 5 premium venues with $12M+ annual revenue
- Develop seasonal menus incorporating local Singaporean ingredients and global trends
- Lead P&L management with 15% annual growth targets
- Train and mentor 50+ F&B staff through certification programs
- Implement sustainable sourcing practices reducing food waste by 30%
- Collaborate with Michelin consultants for menu refinement
- Manage vendor relationships with 200+ premium suppliers
- Analyze market trends to position brand as industry leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury F&B management with 5+ years at director level
- Proven track record in Michelin-starred establishments
- Singapore Work Permit eligibility required
- Advanced certification in Wine & Spirits Education (WSET)
- Expertise in HACCP compliance and sustainability certifications
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Malay
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional leadership and crisis management skills
