Responsibilities
- Design and execute bespoke guest experiences aligned with resort's luxury positioning
- Lead a team of 15+ hospitality professionals across concierge, activities, and VIP services Develop strategic partnerships with local attractions, artisans, and cultural venues
- Implement digital guest engagement tools and CRM systems
- Train staff in cultural sensitivity and personalized service protocols
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Coordinate high-profile events and celebrity clientele
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality management, with 2+ in Bali/Indonesia
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages valued
- Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle) and digital booking platforms
- Certification in hospitality management or tourism studies
- Deep knowledge of Balinese culture and tourism landscape
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid work permit for Indonesia required
