Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations to ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and maximize occupancy rates.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and tourism bodies.
- Analyze financial reports and control operational budgets effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in luxury resort management or a similar high-volume hospitality role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong understanding of revenue management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Relevant hospitality management degree or equivalent professional certification (e.g., AHLEI).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
