Job Summary

The Resort Manager oversees all aspects of the resort's operations, from front-of-house services to backend management. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on leadership to ensure seamless execution of daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the entire resort, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service standards across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals, conducting regular performance reviews and training.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, revenue forecasts, and operational expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance the resort's brand presence and drive occupancy rates.
  • Handle high-level guest relations and resolve complex issues efficiently to maintain our 5-star reputation.
  • Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HSE).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel or resort management.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of staff development and team building.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
