Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute 12-15 premium events annually (50-500 attendees)
- Manage £500K+ budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, technical, and operational partners
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and crisis management protocols
- Analyze post-event ROI data and optimize future event strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate events management with international experience
- Proven track record managing £300K+ budgets and complex stakeholder relationships
- Expertise in hybrid event technology and virtual engagement platforms
- Strong vendor management and procurement negotiation skills
- Prince2/Agile certification or equivalent project management qualification
- Fluency in English with additional European language preferred
