Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes.
- Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate new business opportunities and M&A activities.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify key performance drivers and operational efficiencies.
- Manage monthly variance analysis, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions to stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation of board-level reporting packages and investment committee presentations.
- Drive the implementation of advanced analytics tools to automate and optimize reporting workflows.
- Mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proven track record of building complex financial models from the ground up.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into clear strategic narratives.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level decision-makers.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP is essential.
