Responsibilities
- Lead the global annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles with precision and strategic foresight.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate new market entries, M&A opportunities, and capital allocation strategies.
- Deliver monthly executive-level reporting packages that synthesize financial results into compelling narratives for the Board of Directors.
- Partner cross-functionally with Department Heads to optimize spend, identify cost-saving initiatives, and improve ROI.
- Implement and enhance advanced FP&A software tools to automate data collection and increase reporting efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to identify underlying business drivers and mitigate potential financial risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA/CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/EPM systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex financial concepts.
- Proven track record of managing high-performance teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with an uncompromising eye for detail and data integrity.
