Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
- Develop robust financial models to evaluate business performance and identify key growth drivers.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage operational expenses and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reporting packages for the Executive Board and stakeholders.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline financial data collection and reporting workflows.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analyses to uncover risks and opportunities within our investment portfolio.
- Mentor junior analysts to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing complex financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or NetSuite).
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate technical insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical mindset with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and modern financial reporting standards.
